The Parking Lot:  With the current weather conditions and roads blocked due to the volume of snow, many neighbors have asked about parking their cars on the church/school parking lot.  Some have called to complain because they parked their cars on the lot and found a note on the car stating that ‘if it snowed, they would be towed’.  Others have complained that some gates are closed, in particular the LaSalle Ave gate.

It is not that we do not want you to park your cars on the lot. Believe me, I have the same issues as you, my street has not been plowed either so I understand your concerns.

The reason the gates are closed and the cars are getting notes from the plowing company about being towed is that we are expecting another major snowfall just three days after the last one.  We need to keep the lot free of cars in order to allow the plows to do their job.  Once the snowfall has ended and the lots have been plowed, you are welcome to park your car on the lot until you once again have access to your home street.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.  Keep warm. Be safe. And God Bless!

Sharon

Parish Office Hours:  If the parish office is closed due to weather conditions, the phone message will reflect that.  For general purposes, the parish office will follow the snow closing policy for Baltimore County Schools.

Daily Mass:  Now that Fr. Anthony is back home (Yeah!), as long as the snow and icing conditions allow for his safe travel to the convent, he will celebrate daily Mass as usual.
